§ 107-8. Nuisance.

A Chatfield Heritage Landmark on which there exists any work performed or action taken in violation of this chapter of the code is hereby declared to be a public nuisance in violation of this Code, and the imposition of any penalties herein prescribed shall not bar the city from maintaining an appropriate equitable action to prevent, stop, restrain, correct or abate such violation, and to recover the cost of such abatement as may be otherwise be provided for in the provisions of this Code.
