§ 107-7. Penalty for violation.
An owner or occupant of any area, building or structure, or other object within a designated Chatfield Heritage Landmark who violates any provision of this chapter of the code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
An architect, builder, contractor, agent person or corporation who assists in the commission of a violation of this chapter of the code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Each day an owner or occupant of any area, place, building, structure or other object within a duly designated Chatfield Heritage Landmark permits any work to be performed in violation of this chapter of the code shall constitute a separate violation, and be punishable as such.
