§ 8-1. Emergency curfew.

  • During the time a local emergency exists, the mayor may declare a curfew that applies to all persons, regardless of age, for all or a portion of the city. Such curfew shall be in effect until the local emergency no longer exists, or until the same is rescinded by the mayor.
