§ 4-93. Places ineligible.

  • (a)

    Conviction or revocation. No license shall be granted for sale on any premises where a licensee has been convicted of a violation of this article or of the Minn. Stat. ch. 340A, or where any license hereunder has been revoked for cause, until three months have elapsed after such conviction or revocation. No license shall be issued for any place or any business ineligible for such a license under state law.

    (b)

    Six-month operation requirement. No regular on-sale license shall be granted for a business or club which has not been in operation and eligible to receive a license for at least six months immediately preceding the application for a license.
