§ 4-91. Number.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b) of this section, there shall not be more than five on-sale, nor more than nine off-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor licenses in effect within the city at any given time.

(b)

Subsection (a) of this section does not limit the number of licenses that may be issued to clubs, as defined by law.
