§ 4-69. Hours of operation.

(a)

Open for business. No 3.2 percent malt liquor shall be consumed on any premises licensed to sell the same on any Sunday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of any statewide election, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any day during hours when such sales are prohibited.

(b)

Establishment closings. All premises licensed hereunder shall be closed and all persons off said premises at 1:10 a.m. each day; provided, however, that employees may remain for the purpose of cleaning said premises.
