§ 24-8. Planting trees in right-of-way.

  • No person shall plant any tree in a public right-of-way without the permission of the director of public works. Such permission shall be given upon a showing that the public safety will not be endangered, a nuisance will not be created, the public health will not be endangered thereby and that there will be no interference with public right-of-way health.
