§ 111-221. Dedicated land required.

A person described in the provisions of section 111-220(c), as a precondition of final approval of said subdivision request, shall dedicate to the use of the public for park, recreational facility, playground, trail, wetland or open space purposes a quantity of land equal to 0.1 acre per residential dwelling unit proposed to be developed in conjunction with such subdivision.
