§ 109-9. Noncommercial speech.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, all noncommercial signs of any size may be posted in any number beginning 46 days before the state primary in a state general election year until ten days following the state general election. Noncommercial speech signs are allowed throughout the year in all zoning districts in all zoning districts if they are in compliance with the provisions of this chapter or any other law or ordinance regulating the same.
