§ 107-3. Organization.

  • The heritage preservation commission shall elect from its members such officers and designate and appoint such committees as it may deem necessary. The heritage preservation commission shall make such rules and regulations as it may deem advisable and necessary for the conduct of its affairs and for the purposes of carrying out this chapter, and which are not inconsistent with city ordinances and state laws. The heritage preservation commission shall make an annual report, containing a statement of its activities and plans, to the mayor, the city council, the city clerk, the building official, and the chairpersons of the Fillmore and Olmsted County Historical Societies and the Chatfield Historical Society.
